The Misunderstanding of Hip-Hop

Wats Good WORLD !! -- So Im chillen here listenin to my ipod and all i can ask myself is " when and how did it become cool to have no content in what your saying ? ". Hip-Hop has gone from story telling and meaningful lyrics , to quick and easy verses. Many people dont understand that Hip-Hop is a art, you have to create and paint a picture for your audience. These days most of these rappers just write a bunch of shit with no meaning and think its the best thing ever just because the beat sounds nice. There way more to Hip-Hop than just beats and ryhming words. its about passion, true feeling and also a way to vent. Jay-Z said it one of his songs " Do you fools listen to music or do you just scim through it ? ". - I like that line so much because its so true. Many people dont even listen to the words anymore, its all about a beat. If its nice to dance to then its a hit - GET YOUR MIND OUT OF THE GUTTER PEOPLE ! - WHAT YOU CALL HOT IS NOT REAL MUSIC !!! - LETS GO BACK TO WHEN WORDS MEANT SOMETHING.

Wats Good World !! - So Just the other day, someone called me Batman. They said it' because i sleep during the day and im awake during the night...I Told them its because i LOVE NIGHT over DAY. Reason Number 1 : During The DAY, everyone is up and out doing a bunch of different SHIT and quite frankly i dont want to associate with ANYONE sometimes. and at NIGHT, everyone is knocked OUT living in there DREAMS while im UP and ready to LIVE the whole NIGHT through as if the WORLD WAS MINE and NO ONE elses. EVERYONE is to BUSY sleeping so you can pretty much do WHATEVER you want without anyone sayin SHIT about it. so FUCK day time, NIGHT TIME IS THE SHIT !!!  REASON NUMBER 2 :  Since everyone is SLEEPING during the NIGHT, i can CHILL out without having to HEAR anyones BULLSHIT and NEGETIVITY.
